We are a busy maintenance company working with well-established property service companies in Yorkshire.

Our team manages a wide range of maintenance tasks and property refurbishments in York, Selby, and Leeds, with plans to expand into other areas.

• Handling a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Assisting in property refurbishments.
• Performing general repairs, including plumbing, decorating, carpentry, and more, depending on your expertise.
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients.
• Support property refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Carry out general repairs, encompassing multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, decorating, and carpentry, utilizing your expertise.
• Effectively collaborate with colleagues and work independently as required.

• Demonstrated experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, boasting expertise in at least two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Owning a vehicle, insurance, and tools is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Will to travel to various job sites within Yorkshire.
