Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to ensure optimal system performance and troubleshoot issues swiftly.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops to analyze new business requirements and strategize potential SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the overall architecture.
• Lead the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they are deployed effectively and meet customer needs.
• Maintain documentation related to system architecture, design decisions, and configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BOBJ, NetWeaver, and other SAP components.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business processes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Proven experience in managing SAP projects and programs, with a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and ERP Central Component (ECC).
• Clear and confident technical communication skills.

Desirable Certifications:

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are preferred:

• SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP.
• SAP Certified Professional - Enterprise Architect.
• SAP Certified Associate - Solution Architect - Customer Experience.
