• Job Title: Power Electronics Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to help design high-integrity, complex systems for our state-of-the-art products.

Your Responsibilities:

1. You will play a pivotal role in supporting process improvements while managing the daily operations of a small team of less-experienced engineers.
2. Leverage your extensive and up-to-date engineering expertise to lead a team responsible for designing the essential electronic systems needed to seamlessly, reliably, and safely integrate our products into advanced platforms.

About You:

1. Significant Power Electronics specific experience.
2. Ideal candidate would be degree qualified with post qualification experience in Electronic Design, development and delivery.
3. Experience of managing budgets and resources to ensure delivery on time, on cost.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

What We Offer:
