Our client, a renowned engineering and manufacturing company in North Lanarkshire, is seeking skilled maintenance engineers to join their team.
The company specializes in designing and producing components for the aerospace and defense sectors, with an ongoing period of growth and expansion.
The RoleMaintenance engineers will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of production machinery and equipment, conducting fault diagnosis and repair tasks on a diverse range of systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
They will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to minimize downtime on the high-volume production facility.
This role involves working on an early/back rotational shift pattern, covering either 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00-22:00 from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Fridays.
The Ideal Candidate- Prior electrical certification is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in fault finding and equipment repair is essential.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is necessary.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or mechanical equipment is required.
