We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Build Engineer to join our team of experts in designing, assembling, and installing cutting-edge machinery.

This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative machine-building solutions in a fast-paced environment while working on projects involving spindle building, base leveling, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

• Machine Assembly: Assemble bespoke machinery, including spindles, clamps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Precision Work: Perform base leveling and alignment of mechanical systems to ensure flawless functionality.
• Systems Installation: Install hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Onsite Support: Conduct installations, repairs, and upgrades at client sites across the UK and internationally.
• Machining Expertise: Operate tools such as millers, lathes, and grinders to fabricate or modify components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in bespoke machine building, specifically spindle assembly and base leveling.
• Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC).
• Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and fluid schematics.
• Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.
• Familiarity: Familiarity with machine shop tools and precision measurement.
• Problem-solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work overtime and travel internationally.
• Valid Documents: A valid UK driving license and passport.
