You will join a fast-paced team of entrepreneurs who are on a mission to revolutionise the way small businesses get supported. There will be a lot of whiteboarding, inventing new concepts, navigating uncertainty through ups and downs. There won't be much hierarchy and pre-defined rules. There will be a lot of learning and sharing. It will be hard, and it will be fun.

You will build technology that directly impacts the lives of our customers, and helping set the technical future for the company.

We currently use Svelte 5 for most of our front ends, hosted on CloudFlare workers and calling various APIs behind the scenes. We believe in using the right tool for the job, and welcome spirited discussions as to what that may be; your opinions are both expected and extremely welcome.

We work in an Extreme Programming environment, with fast feedback loops and small deployments, matter experts close to hand for business decisions, and a rigorous use of TDD. Expect continuous deployments, engaging colleagues, and ownership of challenging problems.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech
• Exposure to Svelte and CloudFlare Workers
• Worked with eventually consistent service orientated designs
• Used infrastructure-as-code tools such as Serverless and Terraform
