Senior Structural Engineering Manager - Mobile Telecoms

Position available for a Senior Structural Engineering Manager to serve as technical authority for site design across the national telecoms estate.

This role involves leading structural engineering decisions, setting design standards, and driving innovation in existing and new infrastructure.

• Oversee structural design for telecoms infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert guidance on design queries and deployment issues.
• E nsure compliance with BS EN standards and industry regulations.
• Manage supplier relationships, auditing, and documentation processes.
• Lead and develop a specialist team of engineers.
• Drive new product development and ensure structural integrity of network sites.

• Experience in structural engineering with specialization in telecom structures.
• Strong knowledge of UK telecoms tower types and suppliers.
• Ability to analyse and assess tower, structural, and foundation designs.
• Understanding of construction methods and tower installation procedures.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in BS EN standards related to structural and civil engineering.
• Team management experience (engineers and graduates).
