Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team at {company}, a local supplier of industrial machinery.
The successful candidate will be based in our Midlands office, where they will oversee a team of Service Engineers across the UK.
Essential Requirements
- Strong electromechanical knowledge and experience of managing a Service team
- Ability to organise schedules and ensure all work is arranged and completed on time
Key Duties
- Manage the team of Service Engineers across the UK
- Ensure all repairs are fully compliant with industry standards
- Lead and motivate the Technical Services team to achieve excellence in service delivery
