**Leadership Role for Senior Engineers**

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee and mentor a team of engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Your expertise in leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution will drive team performance while guiding the development of platform services with vision and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize platform service integration and contribute to architecture design and new feature development.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of server-side development experience using a major programming language (e.g., Java, Ruby, Python, Clojure, or C#).
- 3+ years of experience leading engineers in a technical environment, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, development, and team management.
- Familiarity with system and architecture design principles, especially in distributed systems.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Experience with Platform as a Service (PaaS) and transforming those into products.
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Ability to own projects, define requirements, and lead development and support initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working on both software development and support tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork across global locations.
**Work Arrangements:** Hybrid work arrangements are available in London or Chicago.
