Senior Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Manager to join our Thrive Childcare and Education team in Glasgow. This role offers a unique opportunity for a current manager to take the next step in delivering exceptional care and education standards.

• Support nursery managers in achieving operational excellence
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration throughout the area

• Relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification
• At least 3 years managerial experience in the early years sector
• Experience with budgeting, IT packages, report writing, and maintaining confidentiality
• Valid driver's license
