About the RoleWe are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Team as a part-time permanent member of staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service on the tills and shop floor, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
- Maintain a safe and legal store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
- Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to promote a seamless transition.
- Get involved in local community activities and events, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our customers and members.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem-solving.
- The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
