Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care and be the face of Sciensus, providing holistic one-to-one care in patients' own homes.
You will work with an ambitious team, empowering each patient by offering personalized support while based in Ipswich and traveling throughout a regional area to deliver specialist treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans while maintaining professional standards.
- Provide patient-focused care, tailoring nursing to individual needs.
- Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via correct protocols.
- Built lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid treatment and recovery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate expertise to address gaps in clinical competency and stay compliant with business policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Registered General Nurse qualification.
- Experience administering Cytotoxic drugs, cannulating, and undertaking clinical assessments.
