We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our Thrive team as a Nursery Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge and skills by working closely with our nursery settings throughout Stirlingshire, supporting day-to-day operations alongside nursery management.

As a Thrive Nursery Manager in training, you will be equipped with valuable skills and knowledge to take ownership of one of our Thrive settings in the Stirlingshire area when a post becomes available.

Essential Criteria:

You must be Level 3 qualified and have at least 2 years' experience as a Senior Practitioner / Deputy / Operational manager working with children aged 0-5.
