Job Title: Lead Practitioner

We offer a rewarding role for an experienced and passionate early years professional to lead our nursery team at Corner House Trafford Park.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursery practitioners in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the nursery and ensure the smooth running of activities and routines.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with special needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote learning and development.
