The Role:

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve IT issues that can't be tackled remotely.
• Install and configure hardware and software, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic support team.
• Keep customers updated on their requests, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
• Maintain agreed service levels and document all work from diagnostics to resolution.
• Work with third-party vendors for root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Mentor and guide colleagues where necessary within the escalation framework.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a background in IT support.
• Solid experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems.

Expertise in:

• Windows Server OS installation, configuration & administration.
• Active Directory, Group Policy & Exchange Server support.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.
• Intune and endpoint management.
• Cloud technologies (Public, Private & Hybrid).
• Remote Desktop Services & Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Virtualisation platforms (VMware & Hyper-V).
• Networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs & wireless technologies.
