IT Support Engineer needed for a permanent position located near Derby (M1/A52 junction). Start asap in Feb/March 2025.

A chance to join an established and expanding global Manufacturing business.

Working as part of a small IT team and reporting into the IT Director. Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

Providing day-to-day end user IT support and managing the successful delivery of IT projects.

Troubleshooting + resolving IT issues for a Windows / Microsoft based technical environment.

Providing IT tech support for a range of technologies including: PC/desktops, laptops, applications, systems, databases, software, hardware + network connectivity.

Maintaining IT hardware / software systems and managing IT user licences.

Occasional ad-hoc travel to other UK sites to support specific IT issues + projects.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not essential.

Any experience of ERP systems would be a bonus (-eg- MS Dynamics / D365).

Occasional travel to other UK sites for IT upgrades / rollouts typically once every 2-3 months.
