- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.
- Lead workshops to expand requirements and identify solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including user stories, data models, and process flows.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Provide Agile teams with detailed user stories, at least two sprints ahead.
- Support testing and validation, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in change management, identifying potential impacts on existing features and mitigating risks. What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or a similar position with a strong focus on gathering technical requirements.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including feature requirements, test cases, and release notes.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and databases.
- Knowledge of 3-tier architecture (front-end, API services, back-end data platforms).
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframing, Storyboarding).
- Ideally, experience leading systems analysis and requirements gathering in a SaaS environment.
- Business analysis qualifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus. What’s on Offer?
