About the Role: We are currently seeking a Service Introduction Manager to one of our large retail banking clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and structured introduction of new services, adhering to ITIL change framework. The primary goal is to protect live services by managing changes effectively and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance live service quality by focusing on end-user experience. Ensure non-functional requirements are met for all changes. Continuously improve standards, processes, and practices within the team. Engage with projects early to incorporate operational and transition requirements. Define and improve the management system for tracking service improvements. Collaborate with Release/Implementation teams for process improvements. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Govern the delivery of all releases and high-risk changes.
Core Accountabilities:
Business: Manage financial, legal, risk, and control environments. Improve live service quality and apply quality standards to changes. Customer: Enhance processes for efficiency and collaborate across business units to ensure excellent outcomes. Safeguard customer experience and the bank's assets. People: Demonstrate excellent team behaviors, support the bank's values, and actively build networks. Prepare for performance reviews and undertake self-development tasks.

Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in Release & Change processes. Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services. Experience in Change Management and managing stakeholder groups. Previous experience in Service Management, Release, or Service Introduction Management. ITIL qualifications and ServiceNow knowledge are desirable.
