ERP Migration Analyst NAV to 365  Location: UK wide - Work from home  Salary £45,000-£50,000 

About the Role  Are you an experienced ERP Migration Analyst with a passion for data cleansing and transformation? We are a leading Building Services company specialising in HVAC, and we’re migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact project, working with large datasets and leveraging the Microsoft tech stack. 

What You’ll Be Doing:  ✔️ Data Cleansing & Transformation – Preparing, cleaning, and restructuring large datasets to ensure a smooth ERP migration.  ✔️ SQL Data Manipulation – Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.  ✔️ ERP Migration Support – Assisting with data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks throughout the transition from NAV to Business Central.  ✔️ Stakeholder Collaboration – Working closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand data needs and ensure seamless integration.  ✔️ Microsoft Tech Stack – Utilizing SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to support data migration and reporting.   ✔️ User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Assist in ensuring migrated data is accurate and any issues are flagged.  ✔️ Process Improvement – Identifying inefficiencies and ensuring best practices in data management and ERP usage. 

What We’re Looking For:  ERP Migration Experience – Hands-on experience migrating legacy ERP data, ideally from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to 365 Business Central.  Data Cleansing Expertise – Strong skills in identifying and resolving data quality issues.  SQL Proficiency – Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.  Microsoft Stack Knowledge – Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.  Attention to Detail – Accuracy is key when handling large datasets.  Team Player – Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations teams.
