The Role
As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting IT operations. Your responsibilities will ensure that IT systems and equipment function efficiently, providing a seamless experience for users across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Check and verify new IT equipment upon arrival. Configure and install new hardware and software as required. Replenish IT consumables across various UKME locations. Maintain stock levels of IT consumables to ensure availability. Set up mobile phones and peripheral devices for users. Provide first-line support by working on the IT Service Desk when needed. Deliver and set up IT equipment at different sites as required. Represent the IT & Communications Department on client sites.What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional with:
Working knowledge of basic IT principles (Essential). Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions (Essential). Understanding of computer hardware (Essential). Ability to research hardware and software issues (Essential). Ability to present solutions in user-friendly language (Essential).
