ServiceNow Developer / Consultant - London (Remote) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow professional to join our team. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone with strong expertise in ServiceNow who can contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across various business functions. Whether you specialize in development or consulting. Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) to meet client needs.
• Create workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and securely.
• Perform data integration and migration tasks with third-party systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices and support during ServiceNow implementations.
• Work on ongoing improvements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives. Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (developer, administration, or consulting).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.
• Experience with scripting and customization (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ITIL and service management processes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, etc.) are a plus but not essential.
