Are you a Bristol based Scrum Master with a passion for agile delivery and a background in product and software development? SR2 are hiring for a purpose-driven business in Bristol, for one of their dynamic product teams.

Exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master from a product background to join a well established Bristol company, who are very people first and offer a fantastic salary and benefits package. The role sits within one of the companies many product teams, helping to drive agile best practices and facilitate high-performing, cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring teams follow Scrum principles Supporting one team initially, with the potential to work across two teams as they evolve Helping teams to continuously improve and deliver high-quality software solutions Collaborating with distributed teams across Bristol and London Occasional travel to London (once per month, expenses covered)What we're looking for:

3-5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, within a product/delivery environment Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery processes Ability to work across multiple teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPlease apply with a copy of your CV and Emma from SR2 will contact potential candidates regarding next steps
