About the Role: As a Digital Inclusion Manager, within the Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our approach to digital inclusion. Your efforts will ensure the successful co-production and adoption of national digital systems and solutions for health and care across Wales. You will champion digital inclusion, providing expertise on digital innovation and advances in technology to support digital capability. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Digital Inclusion: Promote and advocate for digital inclusion within the organisation and with external partners.
- Workplan Development: Shape and manage a Workplan to maintain and build on DHCW’s Digital Inclusion Charter Accreditation.
- Collaboration: Work across DHCW, NHS Wales partners, other national bodies and organisations, and Welsh Government to deliver digital inclusion initiatives.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Implement measures and reporting systems to track progress and achieve organisational aims.
- Learning and continuous improvement: Build effective networks and keep abreast of global best practice, to share learning and build in continuous improvement to our approach. Share insights and learning to inform policy development.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships to support delivery and engagement with seldom heard voices. We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual who can work autonomously and is highly focused on achieving results. You should have:
- Proven ability to design and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience in developing meaningful relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commitment to ensuring digital transformation benefits are accessible to all, without exacerbating health inequalities.
- Expertise in digital innovation and technology to support digital inclusion.
