ServiceNow Architect

Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to play a key role in shaping their ITSM and ITOM strategy. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives, working with a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement ITSM and ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions. Oversee platform integrations, ensuring data consistency and efficient workflows. Provide technical leadership, mentoring consultants and developers. Collaborate across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of ServiceNow experience, specialising in ITSM or ITOM. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of HRSD, APM, or SPM is beneficial but not essential.
