Technical Project Manager

Project Management:

Planning, executing, and overseeing diverse digital projects from inception to completion. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Developing detailed project plans encompassing timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met efficiently. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing proactive solutions for successful project delivery. Conducting regular project status meetings and providing comprehensive updates to clients.
Account Management:

Serving as the primary client contact, understanding their needs and expectations. Cultivating strong client relationships by delivering outstanding service and results. Managing client communications effectively, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns. Collaborating with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and seek feedback. Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services, driving account growth and revenue.
Technical Expertise:

Leveraging a strong development background to comprehend project requirements and technical complexities. Reviewing technical documentation and codebases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, advising clients on innovative solutions.    Requirements:

Proven project management experience within a digital agency or software development context. Good knowledge of a programming language and familiarity with various CMS and development frameworks. Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
