Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is seeking a Salesforce Tech Team Lead to join their team. This is a player/manager role, where you’ll balance leading a team with hands-on contribution to Salesforce solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Technical Oversight – Provide hands-on support for Salesforce development and administration, ensuring best practices are followed.

Roadmapping & Strategy – Define and drive the Salesforce roadmap, aligning with business goals.

Project Oversight – Manage multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Budget & Vendor Management – Oversee budgeting for Salesforce initiatives and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.

Process Improvement – Continuously refine and enhance Salesforce workflows, integrations, and automation.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in Salesforce administration and development.

Previous experience leading a Salesforce team or mentoring junior team members.

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

Experience with roadmapping, project planning, and vendor management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
