We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer who embraces our vision and is keen and confident to deliver results. What you’ll be doing?
Acting as technical lead on IT Infrastructure projects
Providing authoritative technical advice to the IT Operations team, management and stakeholders
Taking ownership of technical issues across P2U infrastructure and EUC, proactively develop solutions to problems
Developing strategic solutions to improve infrastructure and/or reduce IT costs
Liaising with counterparts across the business, including partner organizations, suppliers, Local IT and other 3rd Parties
Providing technical ownership of applications and systems including: Azure, O/M365 Products including security products, Intune, Firewalls, Switches and other infrastructure components
Leading on incident investigation
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years+ experience in a technical support role.
Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
Experience working with security/logging tools such as Entra, Nessus, ELK, Kibana, LogRhythum, NewRelic, etc
Strong understanding of networking (CCNA or equivalent highly desirable).
Strong knowledge of cloud environments (particularly Azure)
Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers (2016+)
Strong knowledge of server virtualisation
Strong knowledge of containerisation
Proven track record in technical leadership
