Technology is critical to how we operate, serve our dealers, and support our teams. We're looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager who who ensures our IT infrastructure runs reliably, securely, and efficiently every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence. You'll lead a small technical team, oversee daily infrastructure operations, and support project delivery.

What You'll Do
1) Lead & Develop the Team
  • Manage and coach infrastructure and service desk staff

  • Assign and prioritize work to meet service levels

  • Support performance development and team engagement

  • Coordinate on-call rotations and maintenance coverage

2) Ensure Reliable Infrastructure Operations
  • Oversee daily operations across networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and physical infrastructure

  • Ensure effective monitoring, patching, backups, and asset management

  • Identify and escalate operational risks or performance issues

  • Maintain systems in line with lifecycle and security standards

3) Deliver Projects & Manage Change
  • Execute and coordinate small to mid-sized infrastructure projects

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources

  • Ensure all changes follow formal change management processes

  • Communicate risks, status updates, and impacts clearly to leadership

4) IT Service Management Excellence
  • Ensure adherence to Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes

  • Review ticket quality, prioritization, and resolution standards

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend operational improvements

  • Support workflow enhancements and automation initiatives

5) Support Security & Vendor Management
  • Ensure defined security controls and patching standards are followed

  • Monitor vulnerabilities and escalate risks appropriately

  • Support audits and compliance initiatives

  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure operations and project delivery

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams

  • Strong operational troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL or similar)

  • Experience managing infrastructure projects and structured change processes

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities across operational and project workstreams

  • Clear, professional communication skills

Education & Experience
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification considered an asset

  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience considered an asset
