We are a leading infrastructure provider for the tokenization and lifecycle management of Real World Assets (RWAs). Over the past five years we have tokenized more than 40 assets under the highest legal and compliance standards. Our Utility Token is now live on Aerodrome, and we are growing our presence across the channels and communities that matter in Web3.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling, understands the crypto-native audience, and has the craft to turn complex narratives into content that actually lands.
The Role
This is not a scheduling role. You will be the creative and strategic voice behind our social channels, responsible for building and executing a content strategy that reflects our brand, speaks to our audience, and grows our community. You will write, create, publish, analyze, and iterate, with full ownership over our presence on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
If our brand voice and visual language need sharpening, you will help define them. You will work closely with our Motion Designer and KOL Manager to ensure everything we put out is coherent, compelling, and consistent.
What You Will Do
Content and Storytelling:
Develop and execute a social media content strategy across X (Twitter), Reddit, and LinkedIn that reflects our brand narrative and speaks directly to our target audience.
Write engaging, platform-native copy that translates complex RWA and DeFi topics into content that informs, excites, and converts.
Contribute to or lead the development of our brand voice and tonality if not yet fully defined.
Stay on top of trends and conversations of the Web3 space and react fast when the moment calls for it.
Community and Engagement:
Actively engage with our community on X, Reddit, Telegram not just posting, but genuinely participating in conversations.
Build and nurture relationships with followers, community members, and relevant Web3 voices.
Coordinate with our KOL Manager to align organic content with campaign and ambassador activity.
Paid Social and Analytics:
Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on relevant platforms to amplify reach and drive targeted growth.
Track and analyze content and campaign performance using data to draw actionable conclusions and continuously optimize the strategy.
Report on key metrics regularly and translate numbers into clear strategic recommendations.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
Native or near-native English speaker with exceptional writing skills clarity, personality, and precision in every post.
Several years of hands-on social media management and content creation experience, ideally with a Web3, DeFi, or RWA project.
Deep understanding of the crypto-native audience: how they think, what they read, what they share, and what they ignore.
Proven experience running and optimizing paid social ad campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in social media performance tracking and reporting.
Comfortable working across X, Reddit, and LinkedIn as primary channels.
Nice-to-Have:
An existing network of Web3 KOLs and community figures you can tap into.
Basic to intermediate design skills in Photoshop, After Effects, or InDesign to support or adapt visual assets independently.
Experience managing Telegram communities.
