I need help converting it into an evergreen setup using EverWebinar.
This is NOT a funnel strategy project.
This is execution only.
What's Already Built:
• Webinar recording is complete
• Live webinar funnel exists in GoHighLevel
• Registration page exists
• Reminder emails already written
• Follow-up emails already written
• Checkout page exists
• Offer and pricing finalized
You will NOT be building from scratch.
Scope of Work:
Upload existing webinar recording to EverWebinar
Configure evergreen schedule (just-in-time or sessions every 15 minutes)
Connect EverWebinar to existing GoHighLevel workflows
Clone and modify current live automations for evergreen triggers
Map attendee vs no-show logic correctly
Ensure offer timer / deadline logic functions properly
Test full funnel end-to-end (registration → reminders → webinar → offer → checkout)
Chat Integration:
• I will provide exported Zoom chat transcripts with timestamps
• These need to be injected and timed appropriately within EverWebinar
• Minor timing adjustments may be required to align chat with recording timeline
If additional time is required for detailed chat syncing, please specify in your proposal.
Important:
• Do NOT redesign the funnel
• Do NOT rewrite copy
• Do NOT suggest major strategy changes
• This is implementation only
Ideal Candidate:
• Has worked with EverWebinar before
• Has worked with GoHighLevel before
• Understands automation triggers and tagging logic
• Can execute quickly and cleanly
• Can complete within 3–5 days
Deliverables:
Fully functional evergreen webinar
Working automation flows in GHL
Correct tagging for attendee vs no-show
Deadline logic confirmed
Test registration completed and documented
Budget:
Starting at $50 fixed for base setup.
Open to fixed-price proposals based on scope and experience.
