All team members receive benefits including: * Weekly pay * Training and development opportunities * Employee discounts * Flexible work schedules What will you do? * Supervise team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling * Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations * Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary * Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting * Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas * Enforce company policies and safety regulations * Check in all deliveries and verify accuracy, quality, temperatures, and counts * Ensure FIFO, correct labeling, dating, and proper food storage for all products * Clean and organize all walk-ins and Dry Storage Areas / Waste Logs Complete and turned into chef of each location * Ensure all food is stored properly, seafood is iced * Conduct Daily walk through of each kitchen checking Cooler Temperatures, Test Sanitizer dispensers, Hand Sinks & all Food Safety Needs * HACCP - Check all Locations Cold & Hot Temperature of Coolers / Freezer and Food Production * Assist in Conducting monthly inventory count More about you * Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required * Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required * Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others * Basic math skills * No college degree required Physical requirements * Ability to lift, push and pull up to 165 pounds * Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility * Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season Shift details Days Evenings M-F Weekends Who we are Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
