Customs Enforcement Professional

The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled individuals to join its team of dedicated law enforcement professionals. As a CBPO, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders and enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.

• Conduct inspections of people, documents, and goods to detect criminal activity, fraud, and illicit operations.
• Evaluate facts and review documentation while applying Federal regulations.

1. You must have at least 3 years of full-time general work experience demonstrating your ability to meet people and learn new information or hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR possess relevant combination of education & experience
   OR You qualify for GS-7 grade level if you possess one year specialized full-time work equivalent to next lower grade level including physical inspection duties etc.,
   You may be eligible for higher grade levels depending on background such as prior LE/Military service that correlates with additional job qualifications
