Your role:
Edit short-form Ads
Add dynamic subtitles (modern, clean, high-converting style)
Create engaging pacing, cuts and transitions
Implement sound design & basic motion elements
Requirements:
Experience editing performance ads or viral social media content
Good sense for pacing, storytelling and retention
Clean, professional aesthetic
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable communication
Bonus:
Experience with performance marketing
Understanding of direct-response advertising
Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
