About

We are looking for a skilled developer to create a user-friendly software solution for staffing the temporary laborers we use to fill gaps in our crews. Our goal is to reduce time spent by operations manager texting and calling people all day. It takes away valuable time and often does not give us certainty going into the next work day. A perfect software looks as follows:
1. A need for a position/positions is identified
2. Operations manager posts the vacancy, start time, and pay rate (all adjustable)
3. All temporary staff are notified via SMS
4. Vacancy is filled on a first come first serve basis. Once positions are filled the job is closed, creating incentive to provide a prompt reply when it is posted
5. Wage rates can fluctuate depending on urgency of need.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: JavaScript, PHP, CSS, API, Web Development
