Role to be Performed

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant based in the US to join our Professional Services team. This is a full-time, remote position designed for someone with strong functional consulting skills, outstanding client-facing communication, and proven leadership experience delivering Salesforce projects.

You'll collaborate with delivery teams across Europe and North America, act as the main point of contact for clients, and help drive discovery, solution design, and successful implementation for a wide range of Salesforce Cloud solutions.

This person is integral in performing business analysis consulting translating the business needs of the client into a business requirements specification. As a software consultant, the ability to convey and demonstrate our stack of product solutions, and answer decision maker questions regarding our software is required. The consultant will listen to the needs of our clients and prospects, suggest solutions, and collaborate with our team to design and develop custom solutions when necessary. Once the solution is scoped and agreed upon, the consultant will lead a team of resources, mostly located in Europe, to configure and deliver the solution. Leveraging and directing a team of junior consultants to get the solution done quickly and efficiently in terms of time and budget is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Lead discovery sessions and contribute to solution architecture and scope definition
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g. Flows, Reports, Page Layouts)
  • Act as the main delivery consultant across multiple accounts, ensuring on-time, high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams (developers, QA, architects) to execute projects efficiently
  • Support pre-sales and early client conversations with product demos and requirement scoping
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding best practices and long-term platform success

Skill Set Required:

  • Solid experience in Salesforce consulting with a focus on client-facing roles
  • Proven leadership in managing delivery across multiple clients or projects (e.g. team lead, co-lead, or senior functional lead)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • Strong consulting skills: scope management, stakeholder alignment, and client communication
  • Strong client-facing and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience with pre-sales, solution demos, or discovery workshops
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate or B2B SaaS industries

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.

Five or more years of experience in Salesforce Cloud applications and projects is required. Professional certifications in Salesforce or Microsoft are a plus.

Miscellaneous

A remote work and solution center approach to deliver professional services is employed, minimizing the need for travel. The amount of travel necessary may occur from time to time and is minimal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140, $150,000.00 per year
