- Several years of experience as a product owner, requirements engineer or agile project manager
- Higher education in business informatics or computer science
- Professional experience in modeling business processes with BPM notation
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage
- Impeccable appearance and convincing communication and presentation skills
- A healthy dose of assertiveness and a structured way of working
- Stylish knowledge of German
