Product Owner

Who you are

• They have little hierarchy, where ownership and responsibility mean a lot. They try to remain a small but highly skilled team, hiring the best. What are you waiting for ?
• They value freedom. They like to have an office, where they can meet in person, but you can also go away for a few weeks or months if you need to, or be with them only a few days a week, at your convenience
• Fluency in English (French or Spanish a big plus)
• The right match for them ? You are entrepreneurial, creative and strategic thinker. You are analytical and to the point. Computer engineer or at least proven experience in IT. You have experience in product development and Agile - Scrum, the mindset for the start-up environment. Experience is good, but it's your skills and mindset that are most important

Your tasks

• Coordinate the launch of new features with the rest of the team
• Prioritise tasks, in agreement with the scrum, internal and sometimes external stakeholders
• Write excellent specifications
• Anticipate and optimise the workload of the scrum
• Develop and manage the scope of work and backlog items (epic/features/user stories)
• Gather as much feedback as possible from different sources and organise it
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour in order to propose improvements and new features
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, in line with the company's strategic objectives, creating more and more business value through the application
• Taking the role of Product Owner within the Scrum
• They are looking for someone with experience of building applications for small businesses, used to working with developers in an agile setting. Your job is to understand customers and monitor their behaviour, to increase the business value of the application.
