The mission of a CRM Manager is to manage the CRM of a company in order to achieve marketing actions. It Includes some missions such as choosing of a CRM platform structure and its architecture. She/he has to monitor relationships with existing customers via CRM systems and making sure that the sales funnel is performant. Another essential mission is to segment the database effectively in order to target customers efficiently.
She/he needs to plan multi-channel campaigns to drive new customers on the company’s website. Important aptitudes required are: analytics & communication skills, planning and project management skills. A Bachelor of Science in Marketing is a minimum requirement to be a CRM Manager.
