What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (experience is a plus, but not required) Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with others
