As a Retail Sales Representative, your tasks will include: Finding solutions to customer needs Delivering an outstanding store experience to promote customer loyalty and strengthen the T-Mobile brand Maintaining friendliness and positivity with an outgoing personality Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals Achieving profitable sales results Maintaining store cleanliness during downtime We are looking for candidates who: Have a High School diploma or equivalent Have six months of retail sales or related experience Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays Possess multitasking and organizational skills Are self-motivated and goal-oriented Are fast learners in a dynamic environment Have basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel) Can stand for long periods Can lift or move 20 lbs At Exclusive Wireless, we're re-imagining wireless rules.
