We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Sales Manager to join our team.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for closing out annual sales and distribution goals with your direct reports in your territory. You will motivate, train, and develop your sales representatives to be the top performers in their market.
Responsibilities: Meet or exceed company sales and distribution targets and goals Coach, develop and train your sales team to be the best in the industry Develop and maintain great relationships with customers in your assigned territory Ensure our quality standards are maintained in assigned territory Conduct product tastings and promotions in top accounts to promote our brands Provide excellent customer service and support Monitor market trends and competitor activity Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies Attend community events to represent our company Adhere to all company policies and standards If you are a self-starter and want to be a part of a great sales organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Ensure that all company products are represented at retail in line with Supplier Standards. Initiate and execute marketing concepts for all company brands and stress point-of-sale placements, proper shelf position, maximum display execution and price and ad feature activity with assigned sales reps.
