Job Description Part Time | Weekdays: 2PM-7PM | Weekend: Saturdays 9:30AM -2 PM (Must be able to work all hours - if not, do not apply.) Extra hours on weekends based on special events.

In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem‑solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Responsibilities
Open and prepare center for the day's activities and close the center at the end of the day.
Make calls to leads and reach out to sell our programs to prospective parents such as camps, monthly subscriptions and more
Conduct tours for scheduled parents coming in to learn more about the program.
Report weekly to owner with respect to number of calls made and tours booked.
Greet students and parents as they arrive
Answer Phone Calls and Respond to any Parent Inquiries
Maintain general oversight of Code Sensei’s and Students.
Ensure a SAFE learning environment for Code Sensei’s and Students.
Clean and maintain the Center - including all areas such as the lobby, classrooms, and restroom on a daily basis.
Report to Center Director on progress before the end of every shift by using the given tools.
Qualifications
Comfortable working with kids ages 5-14
3-4 years of customer service and sales experience required.
Must be fun to work with and like working in fast paced environments where requirements can change frequently.
Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
Deadline and detail oriented. We can’t miss dates or overlook customers.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Job Type Part‑time
Pay Starting From $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekend: Saturdays 9:30 AM – 2 PM
Compensation $18.00 – $21.00 per hour. Commission Structure on Sales.
