Qualifications
More than 8 years of relevant experience (IT/software delivery related) Prior experience in delivering software engineering solutions including technical advisory and processes advisory Deep knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and their practical implications Proven track record of successful client engagement and sales within the AI & data domain Awareness of the latest trends and innovations in the AI & data domain Excellent understanding of modern Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge of delivery using modern Agile and iterative methodologies like Scrum etc Excellent account and stakeholders’ management skills People leadership skills Perfect organization and communication skills, with an orientation towards business Prior experience setting up department strategies and growth plans Experience leading or working with international teams Fluency in English, proficiency in German a nice to have
