Bij VGZ werken we samen aan een gezonder Nederland. Als Customer service medewerker in Eindhoven help jij onze verzekerden elke dag met hun vragen over zorgverzekeringen. Je maakt het verschil door persoonlijke service te bieden en complexe situaties helder uit te leggen.
Wat ga je doen?Als eerste aanspreekpunt beantwoord je telefonisch vragen over vergoedingen, declaraties en wijzigingen in verzekeringen. Je analyseert situaties, zoekt informatie op en koppelt deze begrijpelijk terug aan onze leden. Door digitale hulpmiddelen slim in te zetten, werk je efficiënt en doelgericht.
Je krijgt een volledige opleiding tot zorgverzekeringsexpert en behaalt je Wft zorg-certificaat. Hiermee verdiep je je in polisvoorwaarden en begeleid je verzekerden door het zorglandschap. Na het behalen van je certificaat volg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je stap voor stap wordt getraind.
Jouw werkweek- Je werkt in een open, professionele omgeving met deskundige collega's
- Hybride werken: minimaal 1-2 dagen op kantoor, de rest thuis
- Elke 5 weken krijg je een nieuw rooster voor bellen en teamoverleggen
- Tijdens teamoverleggen deel je inzichten en bespreek je verbeteringen
- Elk gesprek is anders - jij houdt overzicht en zorgt voor snelle, duidelijke antwoorden
- Startsalaris van € 2.939 bruto per maand bij 38 uur (Salarisschaal E volgens CAO VGZ)
- Parttime functie van 24-36 uur per week
- Extra uren (+4) tijdens piekperiode (12 november - 31 januari)
- Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van € 500 per jaar
- Vakantiegeld (8%) en dertiende maand (8,33%)
- € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand
- € 60 bruto werkgeversbijdrage op je VGZ-zorgverzekering
- 40 studie-uren voor je Wft-zorg certificaat
- 5 weken fulltime interne opleiding
