We are looking for a motivated Insurance Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our Naples, FL agency. This full-time, on-site role combines client relationship management with proactive inside sales, ensuring both exceptional service and business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys solving client needs, and is driven to maximize retention and revenue opportunities. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, balancing day-to-day account servicing with strategic sales initiatives. You will help clients optimize coverage, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or new business development—all while supporting the agency’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
Maintain and service a dedicated book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Inside Sales & Growth:
Respond to inbound leads, perform outbound prospecting, and identify opportunities to expand coverage within existing accounts Policy Administration:
Prepare accurate insurance quotes, process applications, handle endorsements, and manage all policy documentation Renewals & Retention:
Lead renewal reviews and remarketing efforts to maintain high retention rates and competitive coverage placement Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, billing questions, coverage changes, and claims support Data Management:
Keep detailed, up-to-date client records and follow-up logs within the Agency Management System (AMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaboration:
Work closely with internal team members to coordinate workflow, support sales initiatives, and improve operational efficiency Proven experience in Insurance Account Management, Inside Sales, or a high-volume agency environment Active
2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License
