Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Requirements
Active Property and Casualty license (Required)
If you do not carry a P&C License we do have positions to lead into a sales role while you get licensed.
Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly property & casualty insurance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic field.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
Educate clients on policy options and recommend suitable coverage.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders.
Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up diligently.
