Über
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive insights that improve product performance and advertiser outcomes. Support product decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify new features and signals that improve DS models. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for A/B testing, feature rollouts, and model evaluations. Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering & Business teams to ensure we drive actual business value. Drive adoption of tools and methodologies like PowerBI, log‑based data analysis, and experimental statistics. Qualifications
Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders (Product, DS, Engineering, Business) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present information and analysis results effectively to technical and less technical stakeholders. Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing. 5+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Analytics/Startup environment. 3+ years of relevant experience as a product analyst, business analyst or statistical analyst role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, PowerBI. Benefits
