The optimisation team is responsible for building out the automated decision systems that help scale DSP revenues without significant human intervention. As a core member, your code and systems will directly impact revenue daily. Qualifications
2-5 years development experience B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Strong development and coding experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Scala, Spark, and Python Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Concurrency Experience with Micro‑services Architecture, multi‑threading, performance‑oriented programming, and design skills Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high‑energy, fast‑growing and start‑up environment Self‑starter capable of working well with minimal guidance in a fluid environment Attention to detail Excitement about challenges surrounding the development of highly scalable & distributed systems for building audience targeting capabilities Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope, and priorities Nice to Have Skills
Experience in the online advertising domain Experience working on massively large‑scale data systems in production environments Experience leveraging user data for behavioral targeting and ad‑relevance Experience in Big Data analytics Experience building products powered by data and insights Experience hosting and deploying applications on public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services Equal Employment Opportunity
