Your Role Are you a highly organized and detail‑oriented people professional with a knack for data, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting a thriving workforce? We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team on a temp‑to‑permanent basis.
What You Get To Do
Offer Letter Preparation & Administration: Prepare and file offer letters, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and supporting clean approvals.
Employee File Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee files, ensuring compliance and easy access to essential information.
Managing Employee Changes: Process and communicate various employee changes, ensuring accuracy and clear dissemination of information.
Reporting & Analytics: Run and prepare comprehensive people reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
New Hire Administration: Manage administrative tasks associated with new hires, including hosting new‑hire orientations and meeting the founder.
Recruiting Support: Post jobs and provide critical recruiting reporting updates, helping attract top talent.
Who You Are (Must‑Haves)
Analytical Reporting Skills: Excel at working with data, extracting key insights, and presenting them clearly.
Exceptional Organization: Master of detail, able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain impeccable records.
Strong Follow‑Up Skills: Proactive and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: Convey information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, to various stakeholders.
Collaboration: Comfortable sharing reports and insights across the team, contributing to a data‑driven people department.
