Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role
We’re hiring a highly skilled HubSpot Expert to lead implementations, system optimization, automation, and CRM architecture across HubSpot’s ecosystem for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is not a basic CRM admin role. You’ll work directly with clients to: build scalable HubSpot systems, optimize workflows and automations, improve reporting and data structures, and ensure businesses fully leverage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands: CRM operations, marketing automation, client onboarding, lifecycle implementation, and technical problem-solving inside HubSpot environments. HubSpot Implementations & CRM Architecture
Configure and optimize:
Sales Hub Marketing Hub Service Hub
Build scalable CRM structures and pipeline systems Design workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages Configure custom properties, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and reporting Ensure systems are scalable, organized, and aligned with client goals Automation & Workflow Development
Build and optimize:
automated workflows lead routing systems nurture sequences pipeline automations internal notification systems
Improve operational efficiency through automation Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system logic Reduce manual operational tasks through scalable HubSpot systems Data Migration & System Optimization
Execute CRM migrations and imports Handle:
data mapping cleanup validation deduplication
Ensure data integrity and structured CRM organization Optimize reporting structures and dashboard accuracy Client Onboarding & Enablement
Lead onboarding and implementation calls with clients Train clients on:
HubSpot best practices workflows automation usage CRM management
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions Maintain strong client communication throughout implementation Reporting & Performance Tracking
Build dashboards and reporting systems inside HubSpot Monitor:
campaign performance pipeline metrics lifecycle reporting attribution tracking
Deliver data-driven recommendations and optimization insights Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve:
automation issues integration errors CRM structure problems reporting inconsistencies
Escalate advanced technical issues with proper documentation Improve system reliability and operational efficiency Required Experience & Skills
Proven hands-on experience with:
HubSpot Sales Hub Marketing Hub Service Hub
Strong HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation experience Experience with:
lead lifecycle setup automations pipeline management reporting integrations
Experience handling:
CRM migrations imports data mapping validation
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) Comfortable leading:
client calls onboarding sessions training workshops
Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Nice-to-Have Experience
Active HubSpot certifications Experience with:
Zapier Make API integrations custom integrations
CMS and HubSpot website/content deployment experience Agency or client-service environment experience Experience supporting RevOps or sales operations workflows What Makes You a Strong Fit
